P.T.L.E. Will Not Launch On G4

I've been trying for a day and a half now to get my PTLE software to launch and I still haven't had any luck. I'm running it on a G4 with the Digi001. I can't think of anything else to try I've moved the card to another slot, given the program more memory, even re-installed the system software and the program just freezes up and I have to force quit, or in some cases hit the reset button. Any advice from someone who might have encountered the same problem?? Thanks

Are you talking about the first launch (when you enter your authorization codes)? If so there is a known problem with the authorization program. Launch PT and wait. It can take hours (6 is the most I have heard of so far - my system took three and a quarter). The wait seems to be associated with how many and how big your harddrives are. It is looking as if the wait is about 1 hour per 10G of HD!
