PT 11 Bounces to Longest Track Regardless of Highlight

I've been using PT 11 for a few years. When I want to bounce a track I highlight it and the bounce contains only the highlighted area on the time line.

However in the blink of an eye I must have inadvertently hit something, because all of a sudden in the same session it now bounces the entire length of the longest track. Lets say the highlighted area is 1.5 minutes, but in a five track session, the longest track may be 3.5 minutes. Well the bounce goes for 3.5 minutes even though the highlighted area is only 1.5 minutes.

I've done a search on this and can't seem to find anything where anyone is having this problem, or what I might have changed during a session to make it do this. And FYI, it now does it on ALL sessions. Bounces the entire length of the longest track paying no attention to the highlighted time line.

What version of PT11? Latest versions are 11.3.1 and 11.3.2

Do you have 'link timeline & edit selection' enabled? I've had PT11.3.2 mysteriously change all on it's own this linking.

Jack, you are a genius. It was not selected and apparently mine also mysteriously changed on its own. It happened during a session and I couldn't figure out what the heck I must have done. But now looking at the key's to toggle it, it's just a 'Shift + /' , which I must have done inadvertently.

Good that it was something that simple. It's interesting how shortcut keys, as nice as they are most times, can come back and bite one in the rump and cause all kinds of unexpected things
