Pro Tools First gets stuck on Login / is Avid down right now?

Pro Tools First gets stuck at the login screen
when i click the Close button on the widow
pro tools will load up but then gives me 50 error messages about what ever is on the cloud and what ever is cached on my hard drive doesn't match and Wont let me work in pro tools from all the pop up windows

do i reinstall pro tools?
or is avid server down right now?

i included a picture of where it freezes

Yep, same here. Worked yesterday. Not today. Can't access my project now. Do full uninstall will let you know.

Did you guys ever get this figured out? I'm a new user to PTF, and am stuck on the same screen.

I can't even sign into AVID, getting the error from the application message that: "Our login service is not available right now, please try to login again later".

I've found the decision, actually. Bought Ableton Live Intro for 80 bucks.

Promo is still going, btw.

Does that interface with something like the Mbox front end? I'm about ready to just buy a low-cost software that will interface with the Mbox 3 and leave this First stuff behind. Just not sure what works with it anymore on Win10.
