feature transfer error during install

Just submit a support ticket like emiletich did. Problem solved.

The install disk is a "DUAL LAYER" disk....make sure your DVD player is compatible with this.

I may be wrong, but aren't all DVD burners compatible with commercial DL disks.? Most DVD movies are DL as well. IDK I'm currious.

I just purchased the Digidesign 003+ Audio Interface Factory Bundle [Pro Tools 8.0]

I am having the same Error:

feature: documentation

I have tried all other options that have been suggested on this forum for this issue:

1. Copied over all files on the DVD to the hard drive (my desktop) & tried to run the installation from there - same error occurred
2. I checked to ensure the Firmware of my hard drive was up to date
3. I ran the Check Disk (chkdsk) function for the hard drive to ensure there were no errors

Nothing has help / fixed the issues.

Please Pro Tools / Avid Support - I'm getting really frustrated can you please help me with this issue - I really need to have this up & running this weekend for work.

I've seen a possible solution is you can give me the download for both PRO Tools LE 8.0 & the Factory settings that came with my bundle. - If this is my only solution please assist.
