Me too. Major problem. I have an annual sub which lasts until next Oct 2017. Can't use any pro tools right now....have a deadline...no time for this right now!

I see your Pro Tools Subscription and Pro Tools Plan licenses activated to your iLok and they both have a 12/23 expiration (that lines up with your billing date and the licenses get updated then). I also see some expired licenses from a previous monthly subscription which could have been conflicting. Did you deactivate those after posting this? Are the 'current' licenses still not authorizing Pro Tools?
