PT 2019.6 educational support plan has expired

I bought a perpetual version ProTools with an educational support plan which expired in 2019. I wasn't able to use ProTools during that time until now, but my new laptop is a 2020 model running Big Sur, so it can't even open ProTools v2019.6. I want to update my software without giving up my perpetual license(subscription). How do i do that?

Just a note that there are still no version of Pro Tools officially supported and tested on Big Sur.

If you wish to upgrade and continue with the perpetual license, you can purchase a reinstatement from authorized avid resellers while their supplies lasts. https://www.avid.com/find-a-reseller (not available in the avid store)
