Artist Control Remote Gain fine tuning

Hi,

I have an Artist Control adjusting gain on a Focusrite MP8R pre-amp but when controlling gain it is changing in increments of 3Db and I would like it to be 1Db gain change, anyone know where to calibrate the gain control in EuCon?
