Does the free upgrade to PT 11 time out?

I just started with PT10, but my purchase came with the free upgrade to PT11. I am still in the middle of the learning curve and I am making good progress and my system seems to work well. Also my purchase was with Eleven rack, which I now see is not supported with the on screen editor in PT11. My question is; if I choose to wait does my free upgrade time out? Does anyone have any info on this?

Yes the licenses for both 10 and 11 will reside on your iLok and your iLok account so once there, it stays there and when you feel ready to tackle PT11 you will find the download links in your Avid account.

Hopefully by then most of the plugins you use today in PT10 will be updated to AAX 64 and you will have most of them to play with in PT11 so no worries and take your time with Pro Tools 10. 11 will be waiting

Edit : you will only have the HD licenses if you bought or upgraded to HD but you will have the normal PT10 and PT11 with your system if that is what you bought

Your offer won't time out.

You got an activation card in your Eleven Rack box. Whenever you register it, you will get whatever version of Protools is current at the time. Until Protools 12 comes out, you will get the 11/10 bundle.

If you actually waited to register it when PT12 comes out, then you would get the 12/11 bundle. It's an automated process.
