Default Macbook sleep issue...

Hey, strange behavior here, I figured I would throw this out there...

I just bought a new Macbook and I run an M-Audio Firewire 1814 with PT M-Powered and Reason. When I finish what I'm doing in PT and close everything down, I shut the lid of the Macbook to put it to sleep. For whatever reason, it wakes up at some point and sits there on with the lid shut. If I don't run PT prior to putting it to sleep, I don't seem to have the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this?
