 PRO TOOLS IS FREEEZING UP/NON RESPONSIVE
My Pro Tools software is freezing up so bad that I can't even use any of the functions. I start it up, open a session or start a new one, and then it freezes up on me and when I try to close it or exit is says "program is not responding". Does anybody out there know what I should do now? Reinstall the software?? PLEASE HELP ME!! I can't get anything recorded. It was running perfect a week ago when all of a sudden it crashed on me.

Re:  PRO TOOLS IS FREEEZING UP/NON RESPONSIVE
I figure you must be really frustrated that pro tools is freezing up on you. And if you are like me and still learning ya ways around that's probably just what it looks like. It just stops! I would try and post a bit more information on what you were doing when the first crash occurred and someone with the right knowledge may be more able to help. Let's face it. Who hasn't sat by a computer and had it just stop on them. Anyways, try and be a bit more specific in your question and post a sandra report as this is often asked for. Not that I have really answered your question.
