I must of somehow touched a hot key or something, when I hi light a region in waveform , I used to be able to nudge with the + or - keys to whatever I have nudge set to.

Now - changes track view to volume and + does nothing.

What do think has happened?

are you using the + - key on the keypad?
+- on keypad always nudges for me, - on the main keyboard has always display volume waveform.
