Lexiverb Error Type 15

I'm trying to install Lexiverb and the vise installer won't launch. It just gives me an Error Type 15 message. I've tried 3 different installer disks. Extentions are off and anti-virus program is disabled. Any ideas? Thank you.

9600 w/G3 accel, PT d24, vintage farm and mix farm.
