Issu of registration

Hi,

First of all, English if not my native language. Please forgive me if I make any mistake.

I want to crossupgrade pt mp 9 to 11 for $199 this time.

But after registering my pt mp 9 on avid website, I cannot find in my account.

Have I done anything wrong ?

you need to remember the email address you used to register the account

I could not find any Avid account, product registration, or iLok account with the same email address as your forum account.

But you do not need to be registered on the Avid website to upgrade from Pro Tools M-Powered.

You just need the following:

1. An iLok license for Pro Tools M-Powered or Pro Tools MP 9 on your iLok account at www.iLok.com
2. An iLok 2 USB key (the rectangular one, not the older key shaped iLok device)

You need to login to your account at iLok.com and verify that you do have access to your iLok account, and that you do have access to your M-Powered license on that account.

Your Pro Tools MP 9 license is on your iLok account.

And you have an iLok 2 registered to that account.

That license and iLok are all you need to do the upgrade to Pro Tools 11.

It looks like the Pro Tools MP 9 was included with a boxed product, so while it is registered with Avid, it won't show up to you in your Avid account.

That is not a problem, like I said, you just need the license on your iLok account to do the upgrade.
