Default HD Core Accel

A friend is going to give me an HD Core Accel card, is this compatible with both Windows and OS-X?

you will need an interface (96, 192, HD I/O) and an HD iLok license up through 10
the card will not work with 11 forward

Don't forget another Accel card too, if you want to do any real work.
