Default PTS 9LE with XP Pro SP3? (Will it work)

I looked at a post and I not sure, will PTS 9 work on Xp Pro SP3, I run PTS 8.0.4 from my system will I be able to upgrade from PTS 8 to 9 without and issues?...using XP Pro SP3?

I'll let the pro's chime in, but I think that PT8 was the last that would support XP. From here on out it is Windows 7. I could be wrong, but that it how I understand it....

Sometimes... newer releases/hardware will work, they're just not supported, and there may be drawbacks.

We may have to wait for someone to try all these various unsupported combinations!

Good point! And there can be differences between "not supported" and "it won't work."

It will install on XP, but it gives you all kinds of warnings during the installation that XP is not supported, and can cause all kinds of problems (including performance issues, plugin and authorization issues, etc etc)

As mentioned, it will install, but I would not at all recommend it if you want it to work properly and as intended. It was written on and for Windows 7.

XP is not supported or recommended and if you have any problems with it (which I guarantee you will), then you are on your own and have no ground to complain about any of the problems you experience.

So don't com askin questions later as to why did my computer order a Happy Meal when I opened TL Space... Its not supported so it ain't no tellin what it'll do
