Default More Oddity problems

So it's the first time I'm using the Oddity RTAS is a Pro Tools session since I went to an Intel machine....and right away, problems. The first one is that I can't rename a patch. I click on rename and the display flashes blue for a split second and doesn't hold preventing me from renaming or naming a patch.
The second issue is that the Oddity won't remember and call up a patch in a bank I created...it won't call up that bank for that matter. Pro Tools displays the factory preset banks but that's all. I'm pretty sure this worked on my PPC machine.
A third issue: Why do I keep having to select the RTAS midi in on the Oddity when I insert it? Never had to do this before.
Another issue is the preset drop-down appears on my other monitor(not next to the oddity LCD with a right click). Is anyone else seeing this stuff?
