What are HD/Ultimate Reinstatement Product Codes?

Years after the change to the Annual Support Plan system, the dealer network remains completely confused.

I am surfing around looking at a Reinstatement for my HD license. Since I want to sit on my reinstatement for a decade or so before applying it, I want to be sure that I get the right product.

Can someone at AVID please provide the appropriate product code that I should be looking for? I've seen 9938-30009-00 listed as a reinstatement, but also the same product code listed as simply a renewal by other vendors. A completely different code 9935-66089-00 may (or may not) be a boxed version. Sweetwater seems to have it's own Avid product code of 9513-30254-00 that no one else uses. Others (including Avid web shop) don't show the product code at all, so no way to be sure.

If I'm going to sit on this for a year or two or ten, I want to be sure I have the correct product. No dealer will provide any sort of support or guarantee after 30 days.

So please, Avid, what is (are) the appropriate product code(s) for: Avid Pro Tools | Ultimate Reinstatement for Perpetual Licenses?

My understanding is that having multiple SKUs for the same product isn't an uncommon practice, especially with software since it provides more options for tracking. Those all look like legit Software Update + Support Plan Reinstatement products based on their descriptions and $999 price. I'd suggest you purchase from a dealer you trust and ask them to explain the different product options (with requirements) they are offering.
