Bouncing Down Midi
Running PT 7.3.1 for Mac OS Tiger
I run Absynth 3.0 as a RTAS plug-in with the instrument tracks offered in PT 7. When I go to bounce a session consisting of instrument tracks, midi and audio tracks, the midi timing is off big time. Sometimes by 30 seconds. Straight playback, however, is fine. Is this a latency issue? A buffer issue? I track at 512 and playback at 1024. I bounce at buffer level 4. I've had to open other sessions and create 1 instrument track, bounce the midi to a .wav, then input that into the original session. Please help. Thanks Rick |

Re: Bouncing Down Midi
Don't know why you have this problem, but if playback works OK, try mixing/recording to a stereo audio track instead of bouncing to disc.. Gives you realtime control during the bounce, too..
