Sampletank SHuts Down Pro tools

Hey everyone i've had this proplem for a while now and IK multimedia hasnt helped me out. Everytime I start a new session and enable sample tank 2( the full version) my pro tools quits. Can someone please help me. Tahnks in advance.

Have you tried trashing the prefs for sampletank, it may be trying to do something when it launches that is causing the system to crash. Doesn't this software have a dongle, if you have more than one dongle on your system they may be conflicting. I read something about this in SOS. You could try software updating them.

Off the subject, whats sampletank 2 like. I've been weighing it up, out of all the synths i've heard i think the Ik multimedia stuff sounds the best. Just a few words would be greatly appreciated.
