Plug-ins not showing up in Audiosuite?

Hi. I've wrapped some VST plugins for PT 7.0 and, they show up on the list when I do inserts. However, whenever I want to use an effect on a specific audio segment without having it as an real-time plugin (Audiosuite), those plugins don't seem to show up on the list. Why not? Can I put them on that list somehow?

Also, let's say I have a bunch of plugins on inserts, and I want to mix them down/print them to the audio. How do I do that?

Hi Tobor,

Some plug-ins are RTAS Only. Others are both RTAS and audiosuite. Each one is different. Check with the manufacturer of each. And No there is no way to put an RTAS plug in in the Audiosuite list if it is not made to be there.

If you want to print your track with plug ins.... set a NEW Audio track's INPUT to an unused buss say bus 6. Then set the Output of the track you are bouncing to Buss 6. Put the New track in record. Hit record. Hope this helps !

Oh, I see. I didn't realize that AudioSuite was its own plug-in format. Thanks for the advice on printing effects!
