Bug : Return/Enter Key working as Enter Key in PT HD12.5 Maverick and El Capitan

For some reason in my Mac Pro MacOS 10.9.5 and in my macBook Pro with el Capitan 10.11.4 in Pro Tools HD 12.5
The Return/Enter Key is working as Enter Key ...the Enter Key DO NOT WORK when navaigating thru plug in menu.

The weird part is that in the same computers in PT HD 10 is working normal
Is a Bug of Pro Tools HD 12.5 Mac

This weird behavior only happens in the Insert slots

For example if I want to insert a plug in using the Up,Down. right Arrow keys and at the end when I select the plug in to be inserted if I press Enter, do not insert the Plug In... if I press Return yes it does.

but the Enter Key works normally within the the top Menu
