windows xp media center os?

Just purchased an XPS Inpiron T140. It has Windows XP Media Center installed. Didgidesign says they don't support this OS but does that mean they just haven't tested it or it really won't work at all? I'd like to know before I install XP Home and then have to look for all of the drivers at Dell.

It's hit or miss.

But I've seen here that more and more digi forum people are able to work with the media center version.

It's more miss than hit.
That's why it's not supported by Digi.

very hit and miss, as with anything different about with your OS. it may work it may not.
put media center in the bin and use pro or home
