Default why can't I adjust Stock PT-10 Plugs???

This has never happened before but, for some odd reason, I can't adjust some of my stock plug-ins controls... Gain, Normalize, Signal Generator

I can select the plug-in's , the window appears but, can not move the sliders.

Other than that, my session seems to be normal. I've tried Google and can't find any remedy.

This is such a rarely reported event that I doubt anyone knows what to do to correct it. It could be graphics related so if you have a spare graphics card, try swapping it out. Otherwise, the old standby of doing a complete system reinstall may be your best option.

I don't just have a spare graphics card. I brought the NVIDIA GeForce 210 solely to override my on board graphics card to enable 100% utilization of my RAM.
