Default Original MBox output problems

I am having issues with my MBox's analog outputs. Channel 2 is roughly 30dB quieter than channel 1 when using the TRS outputs. The headphone and S/PDIF outputs are fine. It is not a cable issue as I have tested each output using the same cable. The problem was noticed after a sudden burst of white noise during playback.

How likely is it that this can be repaired? Any suggestions?

Sorry I can't help, but my headphone jacks are completely dead. The opposite problem I guess.

Is your output assigned properly in the Hardware setup in ProTools?

Are you sure the speakers aren't the problem?

Thanks for the response

I/O Setup is fine and signal is outputting properly via the headphones. It is definitely the MBox itself. I have taken a single line from the left analog output and calibrated my console's input to 0dB. I then switch the cable to the right analog output and the console reads -30ish dB. This test was done with the Noise Generator plugin on a mono aux track panned center.

I have also checked outputs with the monitor knob set to input only (to bypass computer playback entirely) and had the same results.

Any other thoughts?
