DAE error 9060 using 001 in Panther
Can't record due to repeated error 9060 in Panther. Have already turned off Journaling, etc. Help please.

I had that problem and turned off journaling and still had that problem. What I did to fix it was turn off all of my Norton Programs in the System Preferences. For some reason that had been causing the error and PT worked great after that.
