Problem with the activation of the PT9-Crossgrade

Hello,

I just purchased the PT9-crossgrade and when I wanted to activate it for my mbox2, it said, that it already had an upgrade or crossgrade.
I bought my mbox2 in July '08. The ProTools-DVD was the Version 7.3. Right after the installation I got the free upgrade to Version 7.4.
But In my profile it says, that I had an update from Version 6.x to 7.4.

In every shop it says, that the crossgrade is for everyone but the owners of the mbox1 and the digi001.

So what can I do to get my activation through?

I also updated to Snow Leopard and bought an ilok, wich is useless at the moment.

Oh! I'm sorry. I just found the thread that I was looking for. And I found out, that I made the same mistake. I was actually too lazy to turn my mbox around. I thought the number on the registration-card was also the serial-number.
Now everything is fine.
