Pops and clicks durring Demo playback

System settings:
ProTools LE 6.9
h/w buffer set to: 512, 65%

When playing back the demo that came with my 6.9 install, I am experiencing pops and clicks when I play back audio. Above was the recommended h/w buffer settings for listening to audio. Is there another setting needed? Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
