Would you prefer WAV or AIFF files??
Is one of'em better than the other??
If you sample something would you prefer exporting it as WAV or AIFF file?? Thanks in advance! H3d

Re: Would you prefer WAV or AIFF files??
I'm certainly no authority on the subject...
but I THINK that WAV files are a bit more universal if you're passing files back and forth between various types of hardware and/or software. If you're strictly ProTools-ing, however, you could use AIFF (or whatever)... I use AIFF because eventually my "Master" is going to be AIFF for CD burning purposes... so why not start and end in the same format? Just my two cents... hope it helps somehow |
