Default Bouncing midi to audio.......again!

Okay, I am trying to bounce 10 tracks of midi to 10 individual tracks of audio. Will I have to bounce the tracks one at a time, or can I bounce all 10 midi tracks to 10 different audio tracks all at once. If so how would I route it?

If your sound module has 10 outputs then you can assign a different midi channel to each output and record them at once. Otherwise its individual. This doesn't apply with softsynths that are already inserted on separate aux channels which can be routed to separate audio channels.

Well, Im using a digi002. Is there away to route them using the mixer in pro tools, like could I output each individual midi track to an each individual audio track, like:

Midi track1----------------audio track1
Midi track2----------------audio track2 etc.

or would I have to set up 10 individual aux tracks and ouput them to the audio tracks.

Something has to be creating audio before you can record it to an audio track.

Where are the audio sounds generated from? Thats where the audio will enter PT.

Treat it like any audio source and record as many tracks as you have inputs.

I think you can only use 4 outs from the triton which is just 2 stereo pairs. Thats all you can get at a time into PT.

you could use sampletank and assign different outputs to different tracks and record them all in one hit. By using a keyboard as the sound source you limit yourself to the outputs of the keyboard.
