New Massive Pack?

Anyone spring for the new massive pack? I always hear mixed reviews about how functional and long term the massive packs are so I have never bought one, is it that bad?

I really like/want most of the plugins in there and if the URS ones wont be updated I'm not that concerned, but if the MD3 only works for a few months until vista gets supported thats a rather hefty price to pay for a demo.
