Default switching windows

Is there a working shortcut for switching windows - from Mix to Edit and vice versa?
The menu says there is one (Ctrl+=) but nothing happens when I try.
I sure would appreciate some help!

.....Not implying that your reading it wrong, but, you should hold down "CONTROL" key while pressing the the "=" key. It might be misinterpreted with the "+" in there. Make sense? When Digi puts the '+' in a command, they mean 'and'.

I had the same problem.
I switched to a English Keyboard because I had the Portuguese layout and "=" was not on the same place as the American or English Layout. If you are not working with a English or American layout I think that it doesn't work. For example, to switch between Mix and Edit windows with the portuguese layout I had to press something like "Ctrl+~+'".
I hope this helps.

I have the same problem, my keyboard is in Spanish, I guess there are many international users that have the same problem. I think that it should work regadless of the layout that you are using, dont you think???
