Never received shipping info for the iLok for my Subscription
Subscribed to the monthly ProTools. Download the software but can not activate without the iLok that was purchased but never received shipping info for the iLok.
Feel very bad since i bought a 003 Rack 4 years ago with PT8.5. Every time I tried to update the software, received a message saying that the system was up to date. Then updated to El Capitan last week and all hell broke loose. Can not find a way to update from PT 8.5, ended up subscribing to PT 12.3 but can not work until i receive the iLok which I have no idea when it will arrive. 7 days of jobs due. Can not talk to a live person. Purchased the One time support for $39. Never received the Code. Go on my "Orders" and all I get is a site map page that says that something wrong happened to my request. Insane. Last edited by jeffro; 11-12-2015 at 03:23 PM. Welcome to the community and sorry to hear you're having trouble.
I found your order which is dated today (11/12/2015). I'll try to get you tracking info ASAP. As far as upgrading, some of our resellers still have the Crossgrade from Pro Tools LE so you might check that out if it meets your needs/budget.

Hi all,
I am having similar trouble. I cannot locate tracking info. I ordered my iLok 11 days ago and still have not received it. Every link I follow that promises tracking information leads me back to my account/order page which does not have any tracking info, all it tells me is what mail service was used. I went to the FAQ which was not helpful so then I tried to submit a help request using the website support form, only to get an error message after I hit submit that says "You have reached this page because something went wrong with your request or the page that you are looking for cannot be found or has been moved. " I was using Chrome so then I tried another browser (IE) and got the same message. I found another version of the same form and tried to submit my request through that, only to be met with an error message, asking that I fill out a field in the form that does not exist. This has been a nightmare. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! My order number is: 5301778 |

I too am having the same exact issue. I ordered my iLok as well as annual student subscription 10/4/2017, it has been 10 days and have not received any sort of email for my tracking number and my package has not come yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
