Default Number of processors?

I just upgraded to a 8 core Mac Pro (OS 10.6.2) for my Pro Tools HD rig.
How many processors should I choose from the Set Up menu? Im a composer/producer so, I will often use a few hungry VI's per song. (i.e. BFD2, Ivory, etc.)
Thank you for your suggestions.
Mark

I may go back and try one less than what my computer has, but I found that using half of my processors was best for my situation. I think this was mainly because I was running Play by East West in many of my sessions. I use tons of Virtual instruments in my projects.

Well, Protools will see each processor as 2, so for the 8-core you get 16 processors. So you should choose 14 (seven) processors. I've beeing using it this way and i works great.
