Default Fast track ultra 8r and midi

I have a fast track ultra 8r and I want to connect my mackie mcu (not pro) and 1 extender, I need 2 midi in's and 2 midi out's. Im sure you know the fast track ultra 8r has 1 midi in and 1 midi out. Is there any way to add more midi ports? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Frank
