Default AIR Instrument Expansion Pack 2.0/Pro Tols 11
I read that AIR Instrument Expansion Pack 2.0 is going to be available as AAX format for PT 11, I wondered if it is ready yet and where to obtain it?

No it is not ready yet! See this thread for all the details. We're all "patiently" waiting for the release!
