Playback Pause...

Hi. Got a weird problem here and hope someone can help me...

Whenever I choose an instrument from the kore player (Komplete Elements 7) in an instrument track I cannot play anything
... and it´s saying "pause" in green letters on the left bottom corner.

I read that I should lower the RTAS processors in the playback engine dialog...
but I can´t open it because of an error message: "Could not complete the Playback Engine command
because Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden. (2) . (means: the system cannot find the stated file)

btw: wait for note or count-off isn´t activated. Thankful for any helpful comments.

Update: I can enter the playback engine dialog if i start a new project
or open a project without the kore player plugin activated.

But if I change the number of processors from 4 to 3 there is no change.
Kore player plugin activated = no playback/recording possible...

I wonder if I can get my cash back - since I´m using pro tools (~6 years) there´s always a serious issue with it...
