are you sending the various outs of BFD to new audio tracks in PT?

If not, its definitely the way to do it...

a little better with Aux'es but PT hangs on the end of the bounce, should I print tracks or mix inside PT instead ?

Instead of Aux channels, try creating new stereo / mono audio channels for each output of BFD.

Make sure the input of the audio channels matches the plugin outputs.

Also, in the PT settings, limit recording time to, say, 60 minutes as opposed to no limit - this helps with a ton of recording problems.

Then simply record the output(s) of BFD as the song plays. Set your buffer size to max whilst doing this, it won't cause any delays or sync problems.

problem still persist with -6086 error, buffer set at max 1024 for 002r. when i play mode with rec enabled ok, but whet try to record error after few sec.

I realy fedup with pro tools LE itsia creativness killer, at least with win laptop!

I have sucsessfuly used BFD1.5 but 2 vertion is more strain on system, cant use 24 bit becouse of 2GB ram limit and permanent errors.

Recording to your system drive? We really need that Sandra report or we're just shooting in the dark.
