Default Structure output assignment problems

Just though I'd mention a small (OK, sometimes it can be big) glitch with Structure.

Sometimes the outputs don't stay assigned. The first time it happened on an Hammond part that was coming out of 3. During bounce to disc it's output would appear at out 1 as well. That made it much louder than it was before I bounced the song. This morning i noticed that the same thing was happening on a clave that was assigned to 7. It was going to both places ALL THE TIME this time. I tried reassigning it, but it wouldn't stop feeding 1.

Anyone having these glitches with the outputs?

I think I have the most recent version of Structure, I'm running PT 7.3.1 cs5, and I have 10.4.10 on my mac. It's a G5 Quad Power Mac, 4.5 gigs of ram. HD3 Accel e cards.
