Exclamation How many RAM PT8 can use on 64 bit OS

Hi, i woud like to know how many RAM PT HD, LE, MPowered can use on Win7 64 bit. As a 32 bit application it must be 4gig's but is it the reality ?
I have 4gig's RAM now and my PT Mpowered use 2gig's max on Win7/64.
If i update to 8GIG's does PT will use 4gig's ?
Thank you !

PT will not use more than 4GB for itself and anything directly in PT. However, something like Native Instruments Kontakt will install as a plugin on a track but be able to load in more than 4GB into Kontakt's memory or portion of RAM. Also, something that uses rewire or functions standalone, like Reason, will also be able to use RAM beyond the 4GB being used by PT.
