Default 12.8 update causing weird behaviour

I recently updated PT to version 12.8 and also updated Application Manager. No, errors. Everything is working fine. Except, every time I boot the MacBook Pro, after a few minutes the Terminal app is running. For no apparent reason.

This is what I found in Console syslog right after Terminal is running.

Code:
Jul 10 02:38:14 My-Computer-Name syslogd[53]: ASL Sender Statistics
Jul 10 02:38:14 My-Computer-Name com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.apple.imfoundation.IMRemoteURLConnectionAgent): Unknown key for integer: _DirtyJetsamMemoryLimit
Jul 10 02:38:29 My-Computer-Name com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.avid.applicationmanager[396]): Service exited due to signal: Killed: 9 sent by sh[864]
Jul 10 02:38:29 My-Computer-Name login[877]: USER_PROCESS: 877 ttys000
Jul 10 02:38:35 My-Computer-Name login[877]: DEAD_PROCESS: 877 ttys000
Jul 10 02:38:46 My-Computer-Name Finder[295]: BUG in libdispatch client: kevent[EVFILT_MACHPORT] monitored resource vanished before the source cancel handler was invoked
Jul 10 02:38:49 My-Computer-Name diagnosticd[1030]: System mode client started - Console (1029) - mode: 0x8
Jul 10 02:38:53 My-Computer-Name Console[1029]: BUG in libdispatch client: kevent[EVFILT_MACHPORT] monitored resource vanished before the source cancel handler was invoked
This is what Terminal says when it occurs.

Code:
Last login: Tue Jul 25 21:29:16 on ttys000
My-Computers-Name:~ My-Username$
I've tried searching, but it seems I'm the only one with this problem.

Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

OS X 10.12.5
PT 12.8

This stuff has been flogged to death here before, thanks for trying to search, not sure what you were doing, but just about any search for "terminal" would have found this. And the common advice for a long time has been to uninstall the app manager crapware, you are inflicting this on yourself by not having done that.

Thanks for your partial helpful answer.

For future reference, do not presume to know what others have or have not done. Also, drop the attitude.
