Methods of checking phase
Is there something in PT that will show phase between a couple selected tracks, or a plugin I could use to see phase?
I recorded two guitar cabs at the same time and the waveforms are close - but since one mic was a few inches closer the waveform sounds and looks a little but off. Moving the waveform seems to thicken up the sound a bit and I just want to make sure I'm lessening the phasiness and not making worse. |

Re: Methods of checking phase
One of the free bomb factory plugins (correlation meter?) will do this for you but it's a bit ambiguous. PAZ from Waves shows you pretty well what you're looking for.

Re: Methods of checking phase
PAZ is pretty cool. Having that on the master fader probably never hurts, right? Thanks.
