I just purchased the Pro Tools | HD Upgrade Reinstatement Plan with the hopes of getting my HD 11 license upgraded to HD 12. I was able to get all the way through the purchase process and purchased the reinstatement plan on the avid webstore. Logged in to my account and selected to apply the upgrade to my old HD 11 license, and I have been able to transfer the licenses to my iLok. what I'm not able to do is to actually download the software.

When I go onto the "My Products" page I see my active "Annual Upgrades and Support Plan for Pro Tools | HD (Reinstatement)". I click the "show" button next to "Product Details and Download Links" and the website responds with:

No download links found.

Any idea how to get this fixed? I called avid and spoke with the first guy to answer who said he would file a support ticket with the audio group and call me back, but I have yet to hear anything.

I purchased the upgrade today because I have the perfect task that PT 12 would be perfect for, assuming that the upgrade process would just be a few clicks and a download. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to get it fixed?
