White Noise on playback - PT 8 HD, SSL Madi Delta Link

Recently, I've started having issues with my madi recordings in PT8HD using an SSL Delta Link Madi box. I've used this setup for years with no issues, but now when I capture audio then play it back, I get a blast of white noise across all channels.

It seems as if this was an issue plaguing people a while back, but I can't find any resolution.

I tried a radical approach of a clean install of Mac OSX 10.6.8, and a clean install of PT8 HD, but I'm still getting this problem.

The white noise is not embedded in the files, as I can copy them into a new session and play them back - obviously this is less than ideal.

Any thoughts or direction would be much appreciated!

Are you using SSL´s converters as well, for example Alpha Link SX or AX?
