Pro Expander Subscription Expired.... WTH???

I suddenly got the message Pro Expander Subscription has expired and it won't load anymore.

I renewed my PT HD subscription in March, iLok shows it being good until April 2019, everything was working until an hour ago and suddenly this. I am so fed up with this crap.

You got my money, where is my product? It's one thing after the other, between the constant PT crashes and now this.

Anyone have any idea how to get this back working? I have the latest iLok manager installed, I am on PT Ultimate 2018.4, on Sierra

I figured it out, after looking around in the ilok manager there was another license for Avid Plug In bundle that had not been activated.

It would be nice to get some instructions when renewing our subscriptions when things change. I never had to active a separate license before.
Is it really so difficult to send an email letting us know what we need to do to get your product working after we paid????
