Collaboration - no sign in box

I'm trying to figure out how to sign in/set up for a collaboration, but when i hit "start collaboration" nothing happens. When i go to "sign in" in the file drop down, once again, nothing.

I'm running Catalina
Macbook Pro
most up to date (monthly subscription) ProTools version

any help?
