Intro To Recording Techniques
Hi-
A very fine director I work with has built himself a beautiful music room, and would like to get into some live recording, using a not yet purchased ProTools rig. His question to me was what might be a good intro book on mics and recording techniques. The gear itself won't be an issue; just a good solid text on recording (mostly) acoustic instruments. Any info will be greatly appareciated. Thanks. Craig |

At least he's not saying "All I need is Pro Tools". He might want to check this out. For books, I'd check out the Mix Pro Audio Series. |
