PT12.4 : Can't activate "Pro" plugs in, Space, Revibe & Rev One

Hello!

We're equipped with Pro Tools HD 12.4.
Yesterday the application manager asked me to update several Plugs In:

- Space
- Pro Compressor
- Pro Expander
- Pro Limiter
- Pro Multiband Dynamics
- Pro Subharmonic
- Reverb One
- Revibe

I do not ask me questions and launches the update.
This morning Pro Tools asks me to activate these plug-ins. But i can't activate anything Sync don't work with Ilok, and plugs are not in the Ilok Manager. On Avid Website, no information, no S/n...
It's very restrictive and annoying because I need Space next week for mix.
French Technical support is unreachable by telephone today.

If someone can help me...

I would run the ilok manager....and sync my ilok. Your HD subscription and the other HD asset should be active on the ilok.

Run the ilok manager and sync the ilok, leave them active on your computer.......now open pro tools and let it load....

I believe the iLok asset that authorizes the Pro plug-ins is listed as "Pro Tools HD Plan."

At any rate you should be seeing three licenses on your iLok; a bundle containing 8 PT licenses, one labeled "Pro Tools HD Plan," and one labeled "Upgrades."

If you don't have all three of these things on your iLok then you need to move them from your account to your iLok dongle.

You have to absolutely use the versions of the plugins that are in your account. Otherwise they won't work. So if you have any of those plugins from previous installs just upgrade them.

This absolutely isn't always true.

Application manager keeps trying to get me to update my Space 12.0 to 12.1, but 12.1 doesn't work with my standalone Space license and I do not have the 'bonus plugins' vetsion of the Plan license.

App manager also wants me to install all Eleven FX stomp box plugins as well, and I don't have a license to unlock them.

Conversely, I upgraded my standaline Eleven license to Eleven II, which appears in my Avid account. But App manager doesn't list it at all.

I only use application manager for update or new plugs-in.
I don't understand why application manager offers to install plugs in which I would need permission. It doesn't make sense
what's more unfortunate is to have updated Pro Tools for Space and after a few days not to use this plug-in, because of a bug in update
