PT 10 Education upgrades for four years?

Sorry if this has come up, didn't see it in our search. We have the Education version of PT10 purchased in 2012 and were told that we had a free upgrade path for four years from time of purchase. PT 11 Education should be an option to download in our Avid account if those terms are correct however, we are not seeing an upgrade path. We did leave a note for general support as well but find that historically, PT problems are resolved quicker on this forum.

Any help would be appreciated in resolving this. -Tony& Maria
