Default Newbie, Driver Firmware issues

Hi Guys, very new to the Eleven rack family and must say am enjoying the experience immensly, that was up until I tried to get the expansion pack.

Ok to get the pack need to install update of protools (Have LE8.0.3) ok I'll do that shortly.
Also have to update firmware to 1.03 (Currently 1.02) ok can do that, first I need to update drivers, here's where the wheels fell off. I have been reading every post I can find over the last 2 or so hours to try and get some intruction on how to download the drivers (and keep my sanity) so that they will be recognised when I try to upgrade the firmware....
Here's my system
PC XP service pack 3
IE7
Firefox, Chrome.
I have tried downloading the drivers in every browsing program I have.
Have uninstalled reinstalled and rebooted... With Eleven rack both off and on..
Installed in admin.

Have tried hitting the grayed out install button on the firmware update and it still says retry and then goes back to error that"cant find drivers"
Check firmware on eleven rack after all this and still says 1.0.2..

Guys I'm developing an ulcer with this, any suggestions?
Cheers
Mick

I am not sure exactly what your post is asking for, but I will take a stab at it.

It seems you are trying to install drivers for the Eleven Rack, but you are using PT LE 8, so there is no need to install drivers separately as they are included in the LE8 install.

You need to install PT LE 8.0.5, then install the ERXP. There is no need to update to 1.0.3 first, the ERXP will install just fine over 1.0.2

If after you have 8.0.5 installed, and you are using the whatever drivers come with that version, and if it still does not work, then you can try installing the 1.0.8 driver and running the ERXP again (8.0.5 may included 1.0.8 i dont remember)

Another thing to watch for is sometimes you get prompts that come up asking if its OK to install a driver and they may be hidden behind another Window, so look for that as well.
