Default Wave Rider "Trace"

Is the use of "trace" possible while using a Command8? Id like to use it to trace a program waveform and use that data on my VO fader. So I really just need to analyze (trace) the waveform and then paste it to my VO track.

Anyone know if this process would be a problem with Command8? I don't really see anywhere on the Wave Rider site if "Trace" is a real-time process or an analyze.

thx

Hi Dave, I replied on our feedback page but I'll note it here too.
Command 8 does not support other MIDI controllers, therefore it needs to be disabled for any Wave Rider function.

And like other features, Trace function is real time as well.
